Inc. has been a licensed general contracting firm in the state of Hawaii for 30 years. Brothers Rod and Roger Seibel started First Quality in 1991. Now specializing in wastewater treatment systems, First Quality is built on a foundation that began with the construction of custom homes.

Over the years, First Quality Building & Design, Inc. began contracting with the military. This provided an even greater level of experience that included such memorable projects as the World War II, Vietnam, and Korean war memorials at the Pacific Air Command Headquarters of Hickam Air Force Base. With a respected reputation and high regard for quality, we have continued to grow into a company known throughout Hawaii for our reliability and superior quality work.

The projects completed by our wastewater specialists team include: individual wastewater systems, large capacity cesspool closures, industrial wastewater treatment plants, lift stations, and grease traps.
