Septic with Gravel

A septic tank with a gravel leachfield is the most common use for residential Individual Wastewater Systems (I.W.S.). First Quality has installed these systems throughout the islands. All systems are designed based on a percolation test (tests how well onsite soil absorbs water). Once this test is done the number of bedrooms multiplied by the percolation rate will determine the size of the leachfield.
