Septic with Seepage Pit

Septic systems with seepage pits are usually used when residential lots are too small to install a leach field. Or, when poor soil conditions require that a deep pit be excavated in order to get into soil that drains properly. Also, existing cesspools can be converted into seepage pits as long as an engineer can certify that they are working correctly.
